When therapy might be helpful

You may be doing fine in some areas of life but finding that something isn't working the way you would like. Anxiety or stress may be affecting your relationships, work, sleep, or ability to enjoy life. A major transition may leave you questioning what comes next. Sometimes there isn't one obvious problem, you simply know that things need to change.

Some of these issues might include: anxiety, stress and burnout, depression, life transitions, changing family roles, relationship concerns, self-esteem and confidence, career-related, caregiving and women's life transitions.

What therapy with Sarah is like

Therapy with Sarah is practical and collaborative. Sessions provide an opportunity to talk through what is happening, understand patterns that may be contributing to the problem, and identifying practical ways to respond.

Depending on your goals, therapy may include examining thought patterns, processing difficult experiences, developing coping strategies, or considering changes in how you approach relationships and life circumstances.
